Designed for the beginning, intermediate and advanced exercisers, the program is conducted by fitness expert Jim Bolden, who takes you step by step. The workout begins with limbering exercises, followed by stretching and light exercise. The main portion of the program is the full aerobics workout, designed to stimulate completely the cardiovascular system. The program finishes with toning and "cooling off" exercises, and finally meditation and deep breathing.
